We help students and families with a number of services: Undergrad Admissions Counseling, Student-Athlete College Counselling, Psychometric Testing and Counseling Session, College Preparatory Program, Boarding School Admissions, and Sports Academy Admissions.

About The Role: About The Role: Leading Client Engagements

Responsibilities :
 

• Extracurricular Profile Building: Suggesting extracurricular activities, summer school programs, and working on building projects with the student and more

• Building a relationship with the student and family: From the onboarding to the submission of college applications, it is imperative that the Counselor build strong relationships with both the student and the family and ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)

• Comprehensive proofreading of application forms and resumes

1. Assisting students with their applications end-to-end

2. Build a deep know-how of what it takes to build a differentiated profile to gain admission into best-fit colleges

• Guidance on Test Prep Exams: Guiding the student on when to take the SAT/ACT after recognizing which test would be suitable for them and recommending the best tutors accordingly

• Business Development, Sales and Marketing :

1. Participate in all Marketing events held by the communicate 

2. Work on generating leads for the company and converting leads into clients

• Psychometric Testing :

1. Administer the Psychometric test to students and ensure it is done correctly.

2. Study, analyze, and explain the results of the test to the student and the family.

• Subject Selection: Understand the students’ interests and help them identify the best-suited subjects for them

• Liasoning with the Research Team at nextrack

• Resume and Essays: Brainstorming, review and editing of college essays and crafting resumes

Please Note: Training will be provided on all of the above aspects but the individual should be ready for some independent learning as well. 

​

Candidate Requirements :

 

• Preferable if the candidate has studied in the U.S, U.K., or Canada and/or has knowledge of international academic applications

• You must have your PC or Laptop with Windows 10 or higher (Mac works well too)

• High-speed internet connection

• Fluency in the English language. Adequate confidence and strong communication skills are required in building relationships and dealing with families

• Proficiency in Google Suite Applications

• Must work well independently with focus and productivity

• Must be accountable and responsible in carrying out their role 

• Open to adapting to new situations and responsibilities (work is fluid)

• Attention to detail

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not necessary
